The Tilvee Team PRESIDENT/CEO Kristie McNamara: Kristie, our Founder and President has been passionate about the science and therapeutic uses of plants her whole life. While studying Botany and chemistry in College she also worked at a health food store in Michigan. Her fascination with plants and formulating toxin free skin care products grew as she met customers asking for skin care products without harmful ingredients. After intense research and formulating using "green chemistry", Tilvee was launched in 2008. Kristie stays on the forefront of ingredient research and efficacy as well as educating on the importance of healthier products for our bodies and the environment. The Tiilvee "eco lab" is in Colorado where they produce sustainable, toxin free skin care products that are effective, luxurious, sexy and manufactured with eco-friendly labels and packaging. Kristie lives in Colorado with her family where they enjoy gardening, living green and being active in the outdoors.  VP OF SALES & OPERATIONS Armel Lusher: Formerly from New Zealand, Armel Lusher is our amazingly skilled VP of Sales & Operations. Armel earned her BA degree in marketing and Japanese language in 1992. Her incredible business experience includes working in London and Australia as an operations services manger, marketing manger and also as a project manager. Armel's experience and international flair adds new dimension to Tilvee's scope and to the team.  PRODUCTION MANAGER: Tamara Burris: Tamara, our Production Manager is funny, hardworking and always smiling. She is Kristie's younger sister and right hand woman. Their rich history together makes them a close team and they compliment each other well. She earned her BA degree in business management in 2003 and takes meticulous of production management. Our customers across the country love working with her and appreciate that she always goes the extra mile.  SALES REPRESENTATIVE Ellen McIlroy Ellen graduated with a BS in psychology from Colorado State University in 1998. She has worked in the Natural Products sector for over 10 years. Her experience includes a private practice as a Holistic Consultant and managing a small health food store in Hawaii. Ellen also enjoyed quite a few years working as a Realtor. As a Sales Representative for Tilvee, she belives that her career has finally come full circle where she can combine her panache for sales with her love for the natural products industry. When not working, she can be found: hiking, camping or fishing with her husband and 2 small children. She also enjoys planning trips to far off lands. WEB DESIGNER Salina Mather: Salina works hard at taking care of all our web needs. She is Kristie's younger sister and has been involved with the business since the very beginning. Whenever we have a web question or technical needs, she is there to assist! She received her Computer Information Systems degree from Western Michigan University in 2000. When not working, she can be found: Reading (she can buzz through a novel like no other) or enjoying the mountain view from her home. BUSINESS CONSULTANT Bill Donovan: Bill Donovan, is an extremely accomplished man with wisdom that we are in awe of. After numerous waves of retirement, Bill realized that supporting small business owners in actualizing their goals is his hobby in addition to having been his life work. Bill has helped a variety of businesses flourish, from an aerospace parts supplier to a jazz night club, he has supported and coached a variety of personalities with a variety of passions. He has taken all of us here at Tilvee under his wing and aids us with any business decisions and questions we may have, at any time of the day or night! He is a generous, joyous man who loves to help people in any way that he can. When not working, he can be found: Tending to his rose gardens and during the holiday season, rumor has it that he can be found playing Santa Claus for local charities. |
