How to Use Your Muscle & Joint Balm

• Step 1: Cleanse & Prep Ensure the target area is clean. For maximum absorption, apply immediately after bathing, washing your hands, or misting with a botanical toner while the skin is still slightly damp.

• Step 2: Warm to Melt Because our salves are completely water-free and concentrated, a little goes a long way. Scoop a pea-sized amount and warm it between your fingertips for a few seconds. Your natural body heat will instantly melt the rich botanical butters into a silky, easily absorbed oil.

• Step 3: Massage & Protect Apply directly to the targeted area (shoulders, knees, lower back, feet, etc). Massage firmly using circular motions to help stimulate local blood flow and ease tension. Reapply as needed throughout the day.

Apothecary Tip: For a deeply restorative nighttime ritual, apply a generous layer to tired feet or joints before bed, and cover with warm cotton socks or wraps. This traps the warmth and helps the soothing botanical properties work uninterrupted overnight.
